The client tracked orders across a shared spreadsheet that had grown into hundreds of interlinked tabs and manual formulas. Errors were common, updates were slow, and there was no reliable audit trail when something went wrong.
We replaced the spreadsheet with a purpose-built internal web application, migrating existing data and mapping the team's real workflow rather than forcing a generic template. Role-based access and an audit log were built in from day one.
